Julian - we met when I "mixed" at The Point in Bryn Mawr, PA. This was when you wre putting together Rock Star. Listening to it now and really enjoying it still. I see you have been productive so I need to catch up on a lot of your music. Hope you are staying safe!

Just saw you with BS&T in Clearwater Florida a couple of weeks ago. Great show. I also saw and met you in Naples Florida when you and your dad and brother played for New Years Eve. I listened to your album "Covers" and was blown away that you covered 2 of my heroes. Todd Rundgren and Emmit Rhodes. I got to spend an evening with your dad and played music with your brother and your covers of Todd and Especially Emmit makes me want to follow your career a little more closely. iI noticed the last entry here was 8 years ago, so I hope you receive this. Rock on.

Really enjoyed your fine playing with Blood Sweat and Tears at the Clearwater Jazz Festival Saturday night! Just as impressive was your jumping right in and helping out with the keyboard collapse, ouch! Keep rockin!!

Hello, Julian. It was good to share some time with you on Monday night. I didn't know your greatness...I just thought of you as a down-to-earth guy. I enjoyed hearing your story and the perspective it's given you. Peace. (PS - Say hi to your uncle, also a thoughtful man.)

Hope you're not tired of hearing about your dad-- but he has been missed for two years now. Your father, and the father of fusion.

Your playing and singing with Blood, Sweat & Tears tonight at Ludlow Garage was FANTASTIC! Your tones gave the band a whole new color, especially with the 335. I flew out from NJ as an early birthday present to catch BS&T in such a seminal place. Safe travels and see you down the road . Scott Twomey

Hi Julian. I'm a recovering jazz writer who interviewed Larry for 5/4 Magazine back in the late nineties. I spent a long Saturday in February driving around Seattle with your Pops and now look back upon the occasion as my favorite interview amongst hundreds of profiles. Listening this summer in heavy rotation to the three disc, "Aurora Coryellis" and am utterly blown away. To me this was his best recorded work, although he told me he was quite fond of the "Village Gate" trio recording. As a Western Washington homeboy who gravitated towards jazz I grew up listening to Larry from the rock days onward. I am sorry to have missed the "Remembering Larry Coryell" date in Seattle but think of him often when chanting,, as we started pff our interview that day. best wishes joseph murphy
